One ground for the whole club
With a camera at the ground, the club captures matches and training on video. The recordings get joint match reviews going. And when the club streams live, members can cheer along from home too.
What this means for your role →For members, families and the whole club
Follow matches together, reach out to sponsors and use video in everyday club life.
For members and families
When your club streams live, members and families can cheer along from home. This needs internet at the ground and an additional streaming platform. The club organises access.
The club decides whether to stream and who gets the link.
Software & soccer AI
The BENarena software offers three recording modes for matches and training. Panorama captures the whole pitch, the soccer AI records matches automatically using a play-tracking algorithm, and in manual mode you film specific drills. You reach the user interface on the connectivity box's network. Streams need internet at the ground and an additional platform; recording also works offline.
Panorama mode
The wide view of the pitch can help you discuss spacing, positional play and running lines together.
The software at a glance
Choose the mode to suit the situation: the whole pitch, automatic play tracking or a specific drill.
Access: You reach the BENarena software via the connectivity box's network. The club decides who may view and share stored recordings.
For a live stream, you use your own streaming platform. BENarena does not include a platform for viewers.

The camera stays at the ground
The BENarena camera is designed for permanent mounting. The club uses it for several teams, without having to put someone with a camera on the touchline every time.
Weatherproof camera for permanent mounting at the ground.
The starter package is designed as an unlimited package with no fixed recording quota, for several teams. The term and specific conditions are set out in the quote.
Recording can run offline. For a live stream, you need a connection.
The camera processes and stores recordings locally instead of in an external cloud.
Software updates are included during the term. A defective camera or connectivity box will be replaced, provided it has been used as intended. The exact conditions are set out in the quote and contract.
The club mounts the camera using the instructions. Afterwards, the club and STAIDIUM arrange an appointment for a one-off calibration.

Two options in everyday club life

Yes, if the club streams matches at its BENarena ground via an additional streaming platform. BENarena does not come with its own streaming platform. The stream needs internet at the ground; the club chooses and runs the provider. Viewers get the stream link and any login details directly from the club. Independently of this, the camera can record locally. A recording stored locally offline is not automatically available online; whether the provider allows viewing later depends on its features and settings. BENarena does not record away matches at other grounds.
No. Parents do not get automatic access to stored recordings. Before getting started, the club clarifies who accesses videos internally and how they are used. A selected scene can complement a development talk with the player and their family. The club also clarifies the necessary consents.

With youth teams, the club, teams and families should clarify before recording what local videos are used for and who may see them. A live stream is a separate step: the club clarifies with the provider whether and how viewer access can be restricted and whether additional consents are needed. Parents and external scouts do not get automatic access to stored videos.
