Members & Families

At the home match, even from home.

Parents, grandparents and club members can follow a match at a BENarena ground if the club streams it via an additional platform.

BENarena itself is not a streaming platform. The club chooses a provider, organises access and shares the stream link with viewers.

For members who cannot be at the ground

A stream can connect people who cannot make it on matchday or who live further away. The club shares the stream link via its own channels. Whether the stream is public or access-restricted depends on what the provider offers.

Parents and youth matches

Parents do not get automatic access to locally stored videos. Before recording or streaming youth matches, the club clarifies how the footage will be used, who has access and which consents are required.

Live stream and local recording are different

The camera can record locally without an internet connection. Such an offline recording is not automatically available online later. Whether it can be watched later depends on the features and settings of the streaming platform.

Which matches are recorded?

BENarena records matches and training at your own club site. Away matches at other grounds are not covered.
